Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are issued by X, with its registered address at X ("COC-Cheap", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms govern the relationship between COC-Cheap and any person or business that uses our website or purchases services from us ("Customer", "you" or "your").
By placing an order through COC-Cheap, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights that you may have under applicable consumer law.
Our services
COC-Cheap provides services relating to vehicle Certificates of Conformity and associated vehicle documentation.
The exact service available may depend on the vehicle manufacturer, model, VIN, country of first registration and other vehicle-specific information.
Availability shown on the website is subject to verification. A preliminary availability check does not guarantee that a document can ultimately be supplied.
Orders
An order is submitted electronically through our website or through another ordering method that we expressly make available.
Depending on the requested service, you may be asked to provide information including your name, contact information, billing or delivery details, VIN, vehicle manufacturer, model, country of first registration and supporting vehicle documents.
An order is not considered accepted merely because information has been submitted through the website.
We may review the information provided before confirming whether the requested service is available.
A contract for the requested service is formed when we accept the order or otherwise confirm that the service will be provided.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information when placing an order.
This includes checking the VIN and other vehicle information carefully before submitting your request.
Where supporting documents are requested, you are responsible for providing legible and authentic documents and for ensuring that you are entitled to provide them.
You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you discover that information supplied in an order is incorrect.
Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the Customer may be the responsibility of the Customer where permitted by law.
Our responsibilities
We will take reasonable steps to process accepted orders in accordance with the service description and information provided at the time of ordering.
We may request additional information or supporting documents where reasonably necessary to process an order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where the requested document is unavailable, the information supplied is insufficient or inconsistent, payment has not been received, or the service cannot reasonably be completed.
Where we cancel a paid order because we are unable to provide the service, any refund due will be processed in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
Prices and payment
The applicable price will be displayed or communicated before an order is completed.
Prices may vary depending on the vehicle, manufacturer, type of document, processing option, delivery method and other relevant factors.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available during the ordering process.
Where taxes, delivery charges or other fees apply, they will be shown or communicated where required before the order is completed.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Processing times and availability
Any processing or delivery time displayed on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Processing times can vary depending on the vehicle manufacturer, document availability, information supplied by the Customer and third parties involved in fulfilling the request.
The processing period may not begin until all required information, documentation and payment have been received.
If there is a significant delay or the requested service becomes unavailable, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
Delivery
Documents may be supplied electronically, physically or through another delivery method, depending on the service purchased.
Where physical delivery is selected, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery may be performed by an independent postal or courier service.
Delivery estimates may be affected by the courier, customs, public holidays, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Whether cancellation is possible may depend on whether processing has already started, whether costs have already been incurred and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Where applicable law gives you a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, nothing in these Terms removes that right.
Where you expressly request that performance of a service begins before the end of an applicable withdrawal period, your cancellation or refund rights may be affected only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If we are unable to provide a paid service and no suitable alternative is agreed with you, we will refund the amount due for the unavailable service.
Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Problems, complaints and corrections
If you believe that a document or service supplied by us contains an error, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide the order reference, the relevant document and supporting evidence so that we can investigate the issue.
Where an error results from information supplied incorrectly by the Customer, additional charges may apply to obtain a replacement or correction.
Where an error results from our own processing and we are responsible for correcting it, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate remedy.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, failures or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by manufacturers, document issuers, postal services, couriers or public authorities.
We are not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
A Certificate of Conformity or related document does not by itself guarantee that a vehicle will be registered, approved, imported or accepted by a particular authority.
Registration and approval requirements are determined by the relevant authorities and may vary between jurisdictions.
Use of the website
You may use the COC-Cheap website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access to systems or data, introduce malicious software, misuse automated systems or use the website in a way that could damage its operation.

We may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the website for maintenance, security, updates or other operational reasons.
Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically where necessary to administer your request, including by email.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply from the date on which they are published, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The version of these Terms applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was accepted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of X, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of X, except where applicable law provides you with the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
